I AM UNSTOPPABLE gets his chance to turn the tables on ARCHO NACHO who beat him home in their last start. I AM UNSTOPPABLE closed that race here at Flemington off very quickly and that was even after finding some back luck at the 300m mark. I AM UNSTOPPABLE was clearly making up the most ground late and if he gets some even luck and clear running, he should be able to run over the top late. He is 3rd up into his prep now so I’m expecting near a peak performance.

R6/10- LIFE LESSONS (EW/VALUE OF DAY)

No knock on the fave PRINCESS GRACE, she looks hard to beat but I’m happy to play around her at the short price she is. I can make a good case for LIFE LESSONS, who last start 1L behind AMELIAS JEWEL last start and that may prove to be a very strong form line. LIFE LESSONS was a big improver when 3rd up in her last prep and she is now 3rd up here today, so expecting if she can replicate that, she can give the fave a tough test and go close at least.

R9/2- STAR PATROL

STAR PATROL absolutely loves going down the Flemington straight and resumed here last start in impressive fashion. He has had 3 career 2nd up runs to date and has showed improvement each time. If he improves here as expected, he should be hard to beat. He is drawn well in the middle and you know he handles the straight so he looks hard to beat.
